Which brand? Which model? What size? Take the pain out of choosing an air conditioner.

You should not have to become an AC expert to buy an AC. Most people do not know whether to choose Tadiran, Electra, or Family, which model actually fits, or what size the room needs. The CoolPro advisor starts with the room and the way you use it, then narrows the choice to a unit that can be installed and serviced properly.

Confusion is the pain. Clarity is the product. Installation is the proof.

CoolPro Advisor

Company, model, and size without guessing

Answer a few basic questions. The advisor narrows the choice to a sensible brand, model, and size so you do not have to decode model names, horsepower, series, and price promos alone. This first version is for wall-mounted mini-split units. Final installed pricing comes only after photos, location, access, and installation details.

This advisor currently covers wall-mounted mini-split units onlyFor central air or mini-central systems, message us
Standard height is about 2.6m. If your ceiling is high or unusual, please measure and update it.
A shared bedroom or packed living room may need a stronger unit than the floor area alone suggests.
1 just take the edge off · 2 comfortably cool · 3 extra cold
Calculated area: 20 sqmEstimated volume: 52 m3
Basic install estimate: ₪800 for a small room, ₪1,000 for medium, ₪1,500 for large. Unusual installation, piping, drilling, electrical work, or difficult access can cost more.
This helps decide whether to chase the sharpest quote or a unit with stronger long-term backing.

Advisor Catalog

Narrow the choice to sensible models

Start with Tadiran, Electra, and Family. Compare by room size and use, then filter by rough total budget after a basic installation. Tornado and Mitsubishi are not in the first comparison set yet, but can be checked by request. Final price still depends on piping, electricity, drilling, and access.

Why buy through an installer?

The choice is hard because everything looks similar

The same horsepower, promises, and price range can hide big differences in quietness, service, room fit, and installation reality. Most stores sell you a box. CoolPro helps turn the purchase into a decision that can actually be installed and serviced.

BrandCompare Tadiran, Electra, and Family by service, parts, and availability, not only by a familiar name. Tornado and Mitsubishi are marked as check-by-request, not automatic recommendations.
SizeCheck room, sun, ceiling height, and access before closing capacity.
ModelPrefer models that are easier to explain, install, and maintain.
TransparencyUnverified Family, Tornado, Mitsubishi pricing and stock are marked as checks, not facts.

Reviews and Trust

The important review: did the choice fit the home?

Electronics sites show stars, questions, and customer photos. Here we add another layer: whether the brand, model, and size actually made sense after installation.

01Which brand

Do not choose by advertising alone. Check service, parts, and real value.

02What size

Too small works too hard; too strong can feel less comfortable. Start with the room conditions.

03Which model

Prefer a model that can be serviced, not only a price that looks good on purchase day.

FAQ

What should you ask before buying an AC?

How do I know which company to choose? +

Start with what matters: budget, quietness, future service, parts availability, and how the room is used. Tadiran, Electra, and Family can fit different cases.

How do I know what size AC I need? +

Size depends on area, sun, floor, ceiling height, insulation, and how many people use the room. The advisor gives a first direction, then Eliyahu checks photos and installation details.

Does the site price include installation? +

The model prices are equipment directions from the active database. The advisor and filters use a rough installed budget: equipment plus a basic install estimate of about ₪800 for a small room, ₪1,000 for medium, and ₪1,500 for large. Unusual installation, piping, materials, drilling, electrical work, and access are priced after checking the details.

Does the advisor handle central air? +

Not in this first version. The advisor is for wall-mounted mini-split units, which are the common starting point. For central air or mini-central systems, message Eliyahu so planning, ducts, air distribution, and cost can be checked separately.

Why not just buy the cheapest AC? +

A wrong-size unit or poor installation can cost more over time. Price matters, but so do room fit, noise, service, parts, and Warranty.

How is Warranty checked? +

We check who backs the unit, what the importer or manufacturer covers, and what belongs to installation workmanship. Before a final quote, Eliyahu verifies the model, supply source, and installation path.

How does Supply and installation work? +

After choosing a model direction, we check stock, supply, home access, piping, electrical point, and indoor/outdoor unit location. Only then can we separate equipment, materials, and labor in a real installed price.

Why is Family marked as a check? +

There is no active Family SKU row in the local price database yet. We can check it, but we will not show a closed price without a source and approval.

What about Tornado and Mitsubishi? +

They are not in the first comparison set yet. That does not mean they cannot be checked; it means the advisor does not currently have a verified model, price, and stock path for them. If a customer asks for Tornado or Mitsubishi, Eliyahu can check model, warranty, parts, and fit before quoting.

What should I send for a quote? +

Send a photo of the location, room size, floor, sun exposure, existing electrical point, and whether piping is already prepared.

Where do you serve? +

Ma'ale Adumim, Jerusalem, Mitzpe Yericho, Kfar Adumim, and Alon. If you are nearby, send a message and we will check.
