What people ask before joining
What exactly is included in the plan price?
One annual cleaning and inspection per unit, including filters, drainage, odor, airflow and a basic performance check. Plus priority scheduling during regular working hours, a direct WhatsApp line, a 10% repair discount (capped at ₪300) and a reminder before summer. On the same visit, one fridge per home: the condenser coil, drip tray and drain hole are cleaned, and any accessible filter is cleaned or checked. Cleaning only — no refrigerant work, no repairs and no sealed-system work on the fridge; replacement filters, if needed, are paid by the customer.
How much does it cost for a home with several units?
The first unit is ₪500 a year, and every additional unit is ₪350 — 30% off. For example, a home with 3 units pays ₪1,200 a year: ₪500 plus ₪350 plus ₪350. For 5 units or more, a whole-house price can also be quoted.
Can I cancel or skip renewal?
Yes. The plan renews once a year, and it can be cancelled before renewal. A reminder is sent ahead of time so you can decide calmly, with no surprise auto-renewal.
What happens if the AC breaks mid-year?
Plan members get priority scheduling and a 10% discount on repair labor, capped at ₪300 per repair. The repair itself, parts and replacements are priced separately based on the job.
Do you serve my area?
The plan is active in Ma'ale Adumim, Jerusalem, Mitzpe Yericho, Kfar Adumim and Alon. Not sure? Send a message and it will be confirmed.
Is there emergency service on the plan?
No. The plan runs during regular working hours only, with no emergency or after-hours callouts. Priority scheduling is the plan's advantage, not round-the-clock availability.
